The Wiener Kabarett Festival is the largest event of its kind in Austria. It takes place at the end of July in the arcades of Vienna City Hall. The event is so popular that it has been sold out every five days in recent years. Nevertheless, it is always thrilling for the organizers – the event agency Lefor-Oberbauer, because many tickets are sold shortly before the festival begins.
For the redesign of the website for the Wiener Kabarett Festival, we therefore defined different potential customer journeys. These are ways that visitors travel on the website to finally land at the online shop Wien-Ticket.
Numerous cross-links within the various content elements such as detailed program description and the artist portrait as well as the call-to-action button “secure ticket” allow visitors to buy their ticket being just a few seconds being on the website.
